  • Manali – Leh Highway (474 km) via Keylong & Sarchu
  • Srinagar – Leh Highway (434 km) via Sonamarg & Kargil

Roads remain open approximately from May to October.

Yes. Ladakh is situated at approx. 11,500 ft where oxygen levels are lower. Some travelers may feel breathlessness initially.

AMS is altitude sickness caused by low oxygen levels.
